Project Updates of BDA Oakdale Greens, Bangalore

• Bangalore Development Authority BDA Approved the plans for Phase 1 and Phase 2 and also issued the work order,  according to which the following civil work development are in Rapid Progress.

Works Completed:

Water:

• Drilling of a bore well with a yield of 3.5 inches of source ISI mark T Exmo brand electric submersible pump is used to lift the water.

Drainage:

• Box type concrete drainage on both sides of the road.
• High quality ISI mark still and 53 grade cement used.

Sanitary:

• Laying of sanitary lines with manholes and individual sanitary connection to each plot.
• High quality ISI mark terracotta pipes and wire cut bricks used.
• 9” pipes for main lines supply.
• 6” pipes for individual connection supply.
• Wire cut red bricks for manholes.

Water lines:

• Laying of water lines with individual connections to each plot.
• High quality ISI mark CROWN brand used.
• 6” PVC pipe for main water line.
• 4” pipe for individual water connection.

Electrical – Underground cabling

• Laying of underground electrical cable with feeder box to each plot.
• High quality ISI mark Polycab brand cables are used for individual and street light lines.

Roads Formation:

• Metalling of roads with 80mm jelly Completed.

Culverts

• Formation of culverts with size stones and concrete blocks completed.

Security:

• Round the clock the security guards are engaged from a reputed agency

On completing the above civil works we will be ready for obtaining the BDA Khatha and start registration of the plots to the eligible members.

Park

• Development of park with chain linkage.

Next activities in progress

• Asphalting of Roads.
• Construction of water tank.
• Construction of Septic tank.
• Installation of Transformers.
• Aesthetic works such as main arch at the entrance, planting saplings, tree guards etc.

Footpath

• Formation of parapet walls with dressed size stones in progress.
