Registration Details

If you would like to become a member for Software Engineers and Doctors Housing Co-operative Society Limited, Bangalore, please collect the application form from the office of the Software Engineers and Doctors Housing Co-operative Society Limited, Bangalore and return the filled application form as per instructions given.

The Membership amount / fee is fixed to Rs. 2,500/- (As Membership fee, Shares fee and Shares amount) to be paid through D.D or Cheque (cash not accepted ) along with the duly filed application.

You will be assigned an unique registration number by the Software Engineers and Doctors Housing Co-operative Society. The Registration card will be sent to the address mentioned in the application form. You have to quote this registration no. in all your future correspondence with Software Engineers and Doctors Housing Co-operative Society Limited.

Please make sure that your enclosures with the two passport Size Photos, Proof of Address, proof of the profession and with the following Certificates if applicable along with the form.

  1. When the applicant belongs to scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and backward tribe, a certificate from an officer of the social welfare officer or a Tahasildar, or a member of legislature or parliament or from a Gazette Government servant under whom he/she is employed.
  2. When the applicant is a physically handicapped person, a certificate from a Government Doctor, not lower in rank than an Assistant Surgeon.
  3. When the applications are invited under Society regulation, the applications shall be presented in person or sent by registered post Acknowledgement due so as to reach the office of the board on or before the date and time fixed for receipt of such applications. Applications received after the date and time so fixed shall be rejected.
  4. The initial registration fee is non refundable except the Shares amount subject to the act and the Board Decisions.
